— A sore or irritation that doesn’t go away
— Tenderness, pain, or numbness in the mouth or lips
— Difficulty speaking, swallowing, chewing or moving your tongue
— White or red patches
— A change in your bite (how your teeth fit together
— thickening, rough spot, lump, crust or small eroded area
